Elmo is a charming little chocolate and vanilla chi who stands out with his unique coloring. While most chi’s come with a swirl pattern, Elmo is a more of an ice cream sandwich with a tawny brown head, mostly white body, and brown tail. Perhaps it’s his way of signaling that he’s oh so sweet, because this handsome boy has been soliciting pets and cuddles from any volunteer who crosses her path. Elmo is a petite pup who is sure he can fit into your life; while small in size this demure gent has a big personality that is sure to captivate you. Elmo is energetic and friendly, but still loves a good snuggle. He greets new pups or humans enthusiastically, with a tail wag that must kick up a breeze at his altitude. When he sees a cut of meat he wants in the kitchen, he will dance on his hind legs to tell you how excited he is. Whether because of his small stature or his big energy level, Elmo is constantly confused for a new puppy. Elmo really is the perfect mix of a senior lapdog with sweet puppy energy.
