Low rider alert! What a cute patoot Elmer is! He is a perfect little man, too. Easy going and super social. Great with all doggies and humans alike. He especially loves Belly Rubs!!!!
We are so happy we could save him as he is sure to give someone years of happiness and joy. He is a spunky little walker with a lively personality! We think he is about 10 years young and he weighs all of 10 pounds. He is quiet and can go with the flow. All he wants is love!
