Here comes Eleanor, floating by on a cloud of white fluffy cuteness! This sweetie is a poodle lovers dream!

Eleanor is a peppy fluffster who loves being out and about on walks. She has a hearing impairment, but it doesn’t keep her from enjoying all the smells, sights and love the world has to offer.

Here’s a note from her foster:

Eleanor is a real sweet cuddle-bug! Her favorite activities are snuggling, whether it be on the couch, human bed, or car! She follows me around everywhere I go, and she just loves to be near. She will smoosh up right against you while you sit or lay. Her favorite place on the bed is right below the pillow opposite yours’, so she can pretend to be a second human on your bed (she isn’t interested in her comfy dog bed).

She can’t hear, so she will look up often to make sure you’re still there and will look for you if she can’t see you. She is perfectly happy snoozing right beside you while you do your activities or following you around outside. She loves going outdoors for all the smells, fresh air, and chance to meet doggies! She is great with dogs and people of all ages.

She was extremely neglected in her previous life and so matted she could barely move at all. She really just wants a best friend and cuddle buddy who can reciprocate the love and loyalty she readily offers. She is potty trained on pads and to do her business outside (she prefers to go outside). She’ll pee right away as soon as you open the door!

Eleanor has been recently diagnosed with early/mild kidney disease as well as a possible case of Intervertebral Disc Disease, which has caused occasional incontinence in the middle of the night as she sleeps, chronic pain, as well as some trouble walking. I love her so much and she’s added so much joy to my life. She’s the sweetest, most mellow bug and I know she can bring a lot of happiness to her adoptive parent(s).
