Meet Elaine, the lovely Schnauzer famous for her makeup and hair routine videos on TikTok. If you’ve been looking for a partner to star in all of your #GRWM vids, look no farther than Elaine-she has thousands of followers and hasn’t even let it go to her head. Elaine is adorable and sweet, and just look at those eyebrows!

Elaine is such a sweet and mellow girl. She’s very chill and spends most of the day curled up in her dog bed. I work from home and Elaine is a very quiet companion and sleeps most of the day, but she also loves to wander in our yard. She seems to like being outside and she has a favorite spot on our patio where she likes to sun herself.
It seems like she hasn’t had much human socialization. I don’t think she has had much human snuggling or leash walking in her past, so she would love a family who can help her come out of her shell. We’ve only had her since Thursday and she’s still getting to know us. She likes to be wherever we are and will follow us from room to room, but for now, she’s keeping herself an arm’s length away. But really, since she’s new here, we’ve just been giving her space and haven’t pushed her too much – we’ll let her open up/come to us once she feels safe and settled. I have two other mini schnauzer mixes here who are about 9 years old, plus an high-energy doberman, and she has no problem with them at all. Introducing her was easy and they all wander around together even when we’re not home. They all pretty much ignore each other.
She’s a good eater and is not on any medications. She’s learning how to use a leash and how to conquer the stairs. She has no trouble doing the few stairs going in and out of the house, so she’s capable of doing stairs, she just prefers to stay downstairs at this point. She’s great in the car – she sits quietly and doesn’t have any anxiety around a car ride.
She’s very quiet (I haven’t heard her bark) and has the cutest little waddle. It’s impossible not to smile when you watch her. Overall, she has been super easy to have around. She has a sweet demeanor and would love someone to help her blossom and show her that humans can be safe and loving.
