Edna 7668

Let’s all be on our best behavior, there’s a goddess in our midst!

Edna is a goofy, adorable Shar-pei mix, who is looking for that special person or family as she begins this new chapter in her life!

Edna is very friendly and enjoys being around people and other dogs ! She’s your ideal gal pal for anything and everything! You’d have a blast hanging out with her at your favorite neighborhood hotspot, or just staying in at home. Who could say no to a fun game of tug-of-war with an old sock in front of the TV set? A quick glance at Edna’s sweet face will pull at your heartstrings and tie a ribbon around your heart. With her caring eyes and friendly manner,Edna will be the love of your life. All the love and the happiness possibilities with Edna are endless – she’s almost too good to be true!

Edna is estimated to be 14 years young and weighs about 38 pounds.

Her foster says:

We’ve had Edna for almost a week now. She is a sweet, gentle, slightly quirky, beautiful and mellow girl. She loves to explore our house and yard and is very tolerant of her exuberant yellow lab foster sister and extremely gentle with our 15 year old cat.

Edna LOVES to eat and is very food motivated. She is a great kitchen companion!!

She also enjoys affection, and loves having her chest and shoulders rubbed. She seems potty trained, as long as she is taken out regularly and given enough time to do her business (which can take a while).

She benefits from some floor mats (or carpet if available) as she is a bit wobbly on her feet, especially when she first wakes up in the morning. It also seems to help to elevate her food bowl for meals and put a mat down that she can stand on while eating to help her keep her balance.

Oh how I LOVE Edna! If I was able to adopt right now, Edna would be my girl for sure. This little Sharp-abrador is so sweet and gentle, and does not have a mean bone in her body. No conflict for this girl. There is not a person, dog, or cat she’s met that she hasn’t been great with. Edna loves walking, exploring, and doing whatever you are doing. She loves being loved and will soak in all of the pets and cuddles you have to share with her. She’s a real easy-keeper and will be the heart of the home when she’s adopted. If you are ready for love and for taking a million pictures, come meet sweet Edna.
