Dude is a totally cool guy who has arrived at Muttville with an awesome haircut and a desire to find his forever home. Like most dogs, Dude enjoys treats, cuddles, and a good walk in the sun. His chocolatey brown fur will entice you in for cuddles, but Dude is the type of guy who prefers people to approach him with respect. It’s not that he doesn’t want to meet you – he does – but his limited eyesight can make sudden moves a little surprising. Despite this, Dude navigates his surroundings with ease and has no trouble seeing himself as a treasured family member. Dude is just the sweetest little guy. He’s so easy that his fosters joke he’s basically a teddy bear come to life! As long as he has a warm bed to nap in and an owner to love him, he’s totally self-sufficient and satisfied. Dude is comfortable being handled and held; he’s happy to sit on your lap during work from home meetings or accompany you on a nice sunny walk. He’s great with other dogs and tested well with cats as well!
Dude is fully housetrained, but does have to go potty every couple of hours. Dude is such a dream that we’re already jealous of his forever home!
