Douglas is one of those dogs with soulful brown eyes we just love!
This sweet senior runs right up to new people to say hello and loves making new friends. He is great with dogs of all sizes and is happy no matter what! Douglas is new to Muttville and we are still getting to know him, but we can already tell what a sweetheart he is. His loving temperament and great demeanor make him one special boy!
Douglas is 8 years young and weighs 9 pounds.

Douglas is as gentle as they come and makes friends wherever he goes – even on Muni! He is the perfect pal, whether you’re running errands or hanging on the couch, he just wants to be near you. He gets around great and has no issues doing stairs or hopping on the couch. People cannot believe he’s 8!
Doug is house trained – no accidents. Yay Dougie! He sleeps through the night, and I actually have to wake him up to go out. He is everyone’s favorite, new coworker, easy on the leash, and dog and people friendly.
Doug is happiest around his humans. He would do best with someone who is home much of the day, can take him to work, or has another dog to keep him company. Meet this forever puppy today!
