How in the world has this precious dog not found her forever home yet? Dottie is one of those special dogs that tugs at your heartstrings the second you meet her! It’s clear that she has so much love and joy to give in her golden years. Dottie has been shuffled around a bit lately, so she is eager to find a loving home to finally call her own. Can it be with you?
Here’s what Dottie’s recent foster had to say about this special girl:
“She is great on the leash, and at pooping and peeing. Loves walking. We clocked up at least 3 miles a day. She prefers many shorter walks, rather than one really long one. She likes sleeping on the bed and is definitely used to it. Dottie is completely house trained-she did not even pee when she came into the apartment for the first time. she is also car trained and hops right in when you open the door. She prefers sitting on the driver’s lap to the passenger seat. In fact, Dottie is a total lap dog and is happiest when being held. You cannot stroke her enough. She particularly likes a tummy rub. She loves getting a bath and being dried with a hair dryer, and also being combed.”
We think Dottie is 13 years young, weighing about 10 lbs.
