Meet Disco, the pup with moves so brisk, a fan of the hustle, a little disco risk. With a look like a Scruffy Terrier blend, this handsome fella’s a real trend. He’s super cute, a real heart-throb, getting around with a swaggering bob. Shy with people, but not for long, give him a chance, and you can’t go wrong. In the canine dance, he takes the lead, a dashing partner for every dog indeed.
Adopt Disco, the dance floor king, let his charm and cuteness give your heart a zing.
Here’s some notes from his foster:
Disco is already house trained, I take him out every 4 hours but I’m pretty sure he could go longer. He is food motivated and absolutely loves his treats! He will even play with a kong to get a snack in return. He enjoys short walks. – probably 6-10 blocks is best, but I took him out for an hour walk today. He did it, but slowly and was tired after. I would say he’s pretty low key, will take on the energy of his guardian and will be up for whatever they are doing in the moment.
When left alone, he will softly whine, and pace for a bit, then I believe he settles down. It doesn’t appear he has a lot of anxiety and will lay in his bed after a bit. I have been practicing coming and going to get him used to being alone. He prefers riding in the back seat of the car. He will jump in the back and be ready to ride with you!
On walks, he has been great (low key and quiet) when meeting other dogs and people. All dogs we’ve interacted with are at max medium sized, and he is very gentle with all of them. I have not seen him with a cat, kids, walkers or wheelchairs, but I assume he would be unbothered as buses, trucks, noises don’t faze him. It seemed at first he’s never been on leash but is getting the hang of it really quickly. He will follow or walk alongside me.
He’s so funny, whenever he hears interesting noises, he will tilt his head in trying to comprehend – very cute. He loves a blanket and will curl up in his bed to sleep through the night. He loves food and treats. He doesn’t know how to sit just yet, but he’s smart and I’m sure can learn quickly.
All in all Disco is a very chill and well adjusted dog, an absolute cutie.
