Need a professional nap coach who also happens to be a brindle pit bull babe? Daisy has perfected the art of taking it easy, accepting every bit of affection, and never saying no to a tasty treat. She can turn an ordinary nap into a full-time lifestyle, especially when there is a big comfy bed involved. Daisy loves people and is always happy to soak up scritches, affection, and compliments about how pretty she is. She enjoys a nice, unhurried walkie, but she also believes in conserving energy for important things, like lounging and snack time. Daisy is gentle, loving, and wonderfully low-key, with a soft heart and a strong appreciation for life’s simple pleasures.
Here’s some notes from her foster :
Meet Daisy, a 12-year-old pit bull mix with a heart as big as her smile! Daisy is one of those dogs who seems to wake up every morning absolutely thrilled to be alive. Her tail is basically a propeller and rarely stops wagging, and tell her she’s a good girl and you’ll be rewarded with the biggest, goofiest, ear-to-ear smile.
She is incredibly sweet, gentle and affectionate with everyone she meets, and she has been wonderful with our small senior dogs. Daisy loves being close to her people, whether that means snoozing nearby while you work, cuddling in bed in the morning, or settling into a comfy spot for a nap. She is fully potty trained, responds well to her name and listens nicely to directions. She may be a big girl, but she gets around well and can hop onto the couch or a low bed with ease. She is also wonderfully easygoing when left alone, patiently waiting by the front door until her people return. Daisy doesn’t ask for much: a comfy place to rest, some affection and people to love. In return, she gives you approximately 10,000 tail wags and the happiest smile you’ve ever seen. Anyone who gets to call this sweet girl their own is going to be very, very lucky.
