Like a fresh box of crayons, this gorgeous, floppy-eared dachshund will make your rainy days fun and creative. Crayola is a 14-year-old lovebug who is looking for a joyful last chapter. To be exact, Crayola’s coloring is a combination of Burnt Umber, Quick Silver, Granite Gray, and Timberwolf. She’s looking for gentle walks through the Forest Green where she can gaze at the Sunset Orange. Crayola loves to stretch out on your lap and listen patiently to your thoughts and dreams. You know how everyone’s tired of hearing you drone on and on about the difference between Sky Blue and Cerulean Frost? Well it’s time to get yourself a dog.

Crayola is like a silent, sweet roommate. Most of the time, she is definitely more of a potato than a weenie. Her ideal afternoon would be her happily burrowed beneath a mess of blankets on the floor by the couch or on her dog bed. While she is an independent dog who likes doing her own thing, it feels incredibly rewarding when she throws the blankets off her snoot just to gaze at you from afar, or when she lays her head right in your hand when you find the perfect spot for scritches under her chin.
She’s a low-key girl, but on walks, Crayola gets these sudden bursts of energy that move her to break into a cute little trot. She’s also an incredibly patient fashion icon—she has been kind enough to humor me by wearing a frilly collar and a custom bucket hat I made for her.
