With silky, curly white hair that is so soft you might mistake her for a pillow, perfect poodle Cozy is looking for a forever home where she can be a permanent fixture on the couch. While she may move more than your typical pillow or plush toy, she has the same adorable looks and embodies the enticing aura of a comfy spot to take a nap. Cozy does enjoy a brief jaunt around town, but she’s more of a potato than pro athlete, preferring to snuggle up somewhere warm (your lap perhaps?) and snooze away the day. Your dreams will never be sweeter than when you have Cozy by your side, so if you’re looking for an ideal nap companion, Cozy is the mutt for you!

Cozy is her name and cozy is definitely her game. This little petite poodle has figured out how to climb the ramp to our couch and made herself right at home. She is the perfect snuggly couch potato, enjoying sitting on our laps or taking a snoozle next to us while we watch tv. She likes pillows, soft dog beds, and fleece blankets rather than a dog crate for sleeping. She has a good appetite and has been taking her meds with cheese flavored pill pockets. So far no potty accidents inside the house and she has been reliably going potty in our backyard, but does seem to prefer a short walk around the block to get her business done. I have been working on brushing her coat out and think she will be a very posh little poodle after her first full groom. (Her coat will need regular brushing and grooming.) She is a mostly quiet girl, but has barked to greet people when they first enter a room for the first time or at loud noises like motorcycles going by. She has gone for a few car rides and done well sitting calmly in the back seat. She can do small sets of stairs, but prefers to be carried. She will need some help building her confidence as she got startled by loud noises when walking outside and sometimes needs some reassurance. She will need to practice building her confidence for alone time as well. She has done well meeting new people including kids even offering up some kisses after she gets comfortable.
