We’ve had Cowgirl for five days now and she’s been a real treat to have around! Cowgirl comes off as shy at first, but beneath her hard rind is a sensitive yet opinionated gal! She’s a home body at heart, usually preferring to stay inside rather than go on walks.
She can do four flights of stairs without trouble, but she is occasionally nervous about elevators. She loves laps – when she’s sad, all she wants is to hop into a warm lap and get scratches. She’ll let you know if she wants scratches by sticking her head directly in your hand!)
She’s also comfortable in a crate, voluntarily settling in there as one of her favorite spots in the house. She isn’t a picky eater and usually finishes off her food without trouble. She’s also successfully peed on pee pads in our home so we think she may be pee pad trained.
