Copper is a round boy with a round noggin looking for a retirement filled with baking casseroles and watching WWII documentaries. He might be a little shy, but that just makes it all the more special once you become part of his inner circ
Here are some notes from his foster:
He’s doing good here, and starting to learn the layout of my house, and get used to a schedule. Copper has been a wonderful house guest. He hasn’t made any noise, no barking, whining etc.. I do have to admit he might be a snorer occasionally. He gets very excited for walks and has a slow yet consistent pace. He did great when we saw other dogs on our path, he just kept on moving forward!
He is getting the hang of the stairs. He was able to slowly ascend 10 steps with some coaxing. He isn’t able to jump on the sofa. If allowed, he will need some assistance. With every day that goes by he seems to come out of his shell and engage with us. He is interested in befriending my two dogs, however they are not yet interested in him..
