Come on, Eileen! You know you want to meet this scruffy little sweetheart. Eileen is a professional cuddler, an enthusiastic scritches collector, and a firm believer that all attention should be directed directly toward her. She has some vision impairment, but she certainly hasn’t lost her vision for a good time. This spunky girl is sweet as can be, loves her people, and is always ready for another round of pets. Basically, if you’re looking for someone who will happily turn “Come on, Eileen” into “Come on, Eileen, get over here and cuddle,” she’s your girl?
Here’s some notes from her foster :
Come On Eileen is the sweetest little couch potato! If she’s not asking for pets and butt scratches, she is asleep on the couch. Although she is blind, if she hears your voice her little tail will wag faster than you’d expect and she perks up immediately, giving you the biggest shih tzu smile!
If she’s feeling extra energetic, she’ll hop up on her hind legs and hop around waving her front paws looking for you! If she’s on the couch, she’s no stranger to a quick roll over for a belly rub – one of her favorite things. Come On Eileen is house broken and sleeps well. She also doesn’t notice when we leave her alone (could be because she’s so chill or because she can’t see us leave.. I like to think it’s the former)!
