Codie is a sweet, tiny, older girl that is so very special. She’s a little love bug that’ll steal your heart in a very big way! Let me tell you the story of how she was rescued & got her name… Codie attempted to cross a very busy expressway and was hit by a car. A paramedic in the area responded to a report of a vehicle accident. She was found caught under the car. Besides being very frightened, Codie was ok (so were the people involved). The paramedic vowed to help find her a good home and Muttville came in to save the day. The medic offered to foster and named her Codie because she responded Code 3 to the call!! Codie is very small but not fragile. She is independent yet loves to be held and loved on. Shes around 7-9 yrs old, 5 lbs, walks great on leash, is crate trained, and even house trained! She’s good with other dogs but would do best in a home with children 12 or older (due to her small size). It’s very clear that whoever ends up with Codie will be one very lucky human!
