Meet Cloud! Cloud came to us from Santa Barbara county where she spent most of her days left outside. This sweet girl deserves all the lap cuddles and indoor naps in the world so we’re so happy she found her way to Muttville! She did great with all the pups at Muttville and enjoyed getting lots of attention from all our staff! She would make a lovely addition to any family!
HERE’S WHAT HER FOSTER HAS TO SAY!
Cloud is a sweet, delightful, and spunky girl! She loves to sniff and explore new places, but not as much as she is interested in whatever you happen to be doing. She is most interested in sitting on your lap or on a comfy blanket or pillow close by. She is an expert cuddler first and foremost, but also likes to roll around and play a couple times throughout the day!
Cloud really likes toys that crinkle or squeak and isn’t afraid to play with toys close to her size! She can get a little ‘toothy’ during play, but never hard enough to hurt. Cloud has really started to relax and shine in our quiet household where she’s the only pet, and I think she loves being the center of attention!
She’s encountered a few dogs on our walks and likes to sniff them but can be a little nervous around bigger dogs. When it comes to strange people, Cloud is very shy if new people try to pet her too quickly. Treats seem to help a little, but the biggest factor seems to be time.
Cloud seems to be well house trained. She had just one accident the very first day she came home, but since has had a clean record! I don’t have a yard and she’s been great about going out for shorter or longer walks. Even without a yard, she seems perfectly happy to be an apartment dog as long as there’s some toys to pounce on, some carpet to roll on, some blankets to sleep on, and lots of affection and pets!
