Cleo is the sweetest tiny girl and we have been enjoying so many snuggles with her. Her favorite things so far have been snoozing under blankets, being held, and mealtime (which is great because she needs to put on some weight!). She loves to be snuggled up with us wherever we are, but is also happy to relax on the couch by herself with a cozy blanket. We have been working on leaving her alone for short periods of time and so far she is doing great. Cleo has been going potty outside and likes short walks but sometimes would rather go back inside or be picked up and carried as soon as she’s done her business. She will politely ask to be picked up by standing up on her hind legs to put her front paws on your leg. She’s a perfect companion at home and on outings-so far we have taken her out to brunch, to relax in the park, and to a holiday market. She has been happy to relax in her sling or in a lap anywhere we’ve gone and she also does great in the car. While Cleo has been a very quiet and relaxed house-guest, we have found that she is not a fan of cats. Our resident cat steers clear of her and stays in her own part of the house, but the few times that Cleo has seen kitty she has pretended to be a big scary dog barking and growling. Otherwise, she is the most quiet angel. Cleo does well with other dogs but mostly ignores her foster brother so we think she would be perfect in a home with or without other pups.
