Meet Chispa! This adorable girl comes to us all the way from LA where she was surrendered for unknown reasons. We aren’t sure of her breed, but we think she is a Finnish Spitz mix. She looks like a small Golden Retriever- how cute! Chispa is very mellow, loving, and easy-going. She does great with other dogs and enjoys making new friends. She also loves going for walks. Chispa’s previous foster mom reports that she is house-trained, leash trained, loves to cuddle, and big into food!
Chispa is 12-14 years young and weighs 30 pounds.
Here’s what Chispa’s fosters have to say about her:
Chispa is sweet, easily bonds, loves people and loves affection! She has low energy and likes to lounge around the house or take a nap in the sun – still has enough energy for short walks twice a day. She gets along great with my Husky & German Shepherd. She likes to be with her person and her dog friends. Chispa is good with house training, she is able to hold it overnight. She has been my little shadow since I brought her home. She likes to be the center of attention and does her best to be right on the heels of the big dogs on walks. Chispa’s favorite foods seem to be most things besides healthy snacks (she does not like carrots).
Chispa is very sweet, bonds quickly & loves to cuddle. She is low activity and gets along well with large and small dogs. She enjoys going to the dog park. She occasionally will run up to my cats but mostly ignores them. She is house trained and loves to nap in my room on her dog bed. She is very cuddly and affectionate.
We’re delighted to report that Chispa is currently in a loving and caring home!
