Chips- heck ya!
This adorable little black & white chi mix is ready for all the love and attention. This little guy is an easy keeper, just an all around chill guy. He can’t hear that we’ll but it doesn’t keep him from interacting and asking for love.
HERE’S WHAT CHIPS’ FOSTER MOM HAS TO SAY!
Chips is the absolute definition of a people-pup because he bonds super quickly with his human, and whichever room you are in is his favorite room in the house. He is a pretty chill guy, he mostly naps during the day and is content to lie on a comfy bed and watch you work from home, or snuggle with you on the couch or on the bed while you binge watch Netflix. So expect plenty of cuddle time with this guy!
He did exhibit some separation anxiety when we first got him and did not like being left alone while you did errands around the house, but now that he has adjusted to our home routine, he has settled down and has grown more confident and comfortable. So just give him time to get used to your routine, and it’ll be like he’s been with you forever!
Chips is not one to really play with other dogs or with toys, but he does like his walks. He is an excellent walker on leash, and doesn’t pull or go crazy although he does like to mark. A slow and steady walking pace works best for this guy. His house training is also a work in progress; he did have some accidents in our house when we first got him, but lately he seems to have gotten the message to do his business in our backyard. So I do believe that he just needs encouragement and consistency in that regard. He also gets pretty excited for meal times, and really, anything food-related. He may have been fed table scraps in a previous life, because he gets just as excited for your meal time as he does for his meal time!
Chips is a very handsome mutt, and with his polite ways and gentle demeanor, he will undoubtedly be the most popular mutt on the block!
