Sensitive and sweet, Chipper gets along with humans and dogs alike. Even if she hasn’t seen you for a while, she will greet you with a tail wiggle that will melt your heart. Chipper wants nothing more than to be close to her favorite human’s side, getting a good scratch behind the ears, and being carried around like a baby when she sees fit.
