Chickpea

There once was a little mutt who was the size of a pea. Her little tail was always wagging. Her Chihuahua body would constantly wiggle for attention. She loved being talked to, and invited over for pets and snuggles. This perfect mutt we are referring to is Chickpea. Chickpea is the color of cream and has the most beautiful racing stripe down her back. She claims that is to deter the hawks and mountain lions from bothering her. With or without the stripe, Chickpea is hoping a kindhearted human would take her under their roof and keep her safe. She would be happy with a couple short walks a day, a nice warm sweater, some doggy friends, and a ton of love. If you don’t think that’s too much to ask for then please adopt Chickpea!
