In case you are unfamiliar, Chewbacca is a legendary Wookiee warrior and Han Solo’s co-pilot. Chewbacca (or "Chewie as he is affectionately referred to by friends) once restored freedom to the galaxy. Way to go senior mutt!

Chewbacca is the sweetest boy! Although not much is known about why this little guy was found wandering the streets, one thing is for sure, he would rather be snuggled up on a soft spot or laying in the sun inside!
Chewbacca has been the perfect gentleman! He has shown that he is great with kids and really seems to perk up around other dogs. He enjoys nice strolls around the block, starting off at a pretty slow pace but once he is warmed up and with a little encouragement he enjoys a nice walk! He was hesitant with steps at first but has now mastered going up two flights of stairs with time and encouragement.
Being consistent with potty times is best for Chewbacca and he’s catching on quickly! I have never heard him bark and his size makes him perfect for carrying if he does get tired!
You may have noticed Chewbacca has only one working eye… He doesn’t seem to care though! His vision never holds him back from finding a good snuggle spot, bathroom spot, or his human friends.
Chewbacca definitely gets excited for meals and treats! He has been a good eater and is definitely not picky! He doesn’t hop up on things but that doesn’t mean he wouldn’t try if something was tasty enough within his reach.
