Cesar Bayona, a sleek black chi with killer ears, is hot stuff. Shiny coat, curled tail, hero’s stance, roguish grin – he’s a youthful heartthrob with short legs and big dog energy. He arrived in good humor, radiating quiet confidence and easygoing charm, and has made himself at home. You will find him making friends with dogs and people, politely accepting treats, and basking in the sun. He likes a walk in the wider world, and the wider world thinks he’s adorable. He can climb stairs suspiciously well for a guy who claims to be a senior, also loves a nice back scratch, couch love-ins and early Motown. What can we say? He’s as hip as they come. You’ll see.
