It’s Casper, the good boy, the goodest boy you know! This handsome leggy guy is spry and enjoys exploring; he doesn’t let a little visual impairment get in the way of enjoying new sniffs and making new friends. Casper is a friendly fellow who gets along well with other dogs and is always ready to make new friends. He can’t wait to be your new BFF (and he promises to never ghost you).
HERE’S WHAT HIS FOSTER HAS TO SAY!
Surprisingly, Casper cannot float through walls but he has certainly floated into our hearts! He’s happiest when walking and we’re convinced Casper could walk all day! He’s great on leash and is friendly with other dogs but often shows more interest in their owners than in his fellow pups.
His quirkiest trait is that he always sleeps with his head hanging out of his bed, not to mention that he has the cutest little snore. He follows his humans very closely but does OK when left alone (after a few barks); his adopters should keep working on helping him gain independence.
He’s also house-trained and loves eating chicken and turkey jerky treats. He doesn’t respond to most sounds or any sort of name when called and he can startle easily from quick movements or very loud noises, likely because of some hearing loss, so he’d do best in an adult home with small older dogs, if any.
Anybody would be lucky to have this handsome guy in their family. Just be sure to give him lots of scritchy scratches and a cozy bed and he’ll love you forever !
