This Fluffer Nugget is in no way a friendly ghost, but instead he is the sweetest Maltese marshmallow in town. Casper is absolutely perfect! He loves love. He gives the gentlest kisses. He’s active but not rambunctious. He even adores children and other dogs! Everyone at Muttville is betting on the number of days that he will be available for adoption because he is simply irresistible! Ready. Set. Adopt!

If you’re looking for a happy little guy who loves you unconditionally from the start, look no further than Casper. He’s the perfect lap dog, he just wants to be with you. My favorite thing about Casper other than his friendliness and ability to stare into your eyes with love, is that he gives the best dog hugs. He will place one paw on either side of your neck and rest his head on your shoulder. I rate him a 10/10 on the snuggle scale!
He seems to be potty trained so far, I take him outside on a schedule. I believe that he would really value a secure, fenced backyard to lounge in. Testing basic commands to see what he knows, he seems to know the word "sit, but will perform the command better and easier when he’s on carpet versus hardwood floor.
Casper does pull on the leash, but we’re working on it, using body language and positive reinforcement and he’s learning fast! He doesn’t seem to hate being groomed as long as you’re gentle. He can be very vocal, so we’re trying to teach him to communicate in other ways. This happy little guy captures hearts wherever he goes, will he capture yours?
