Carson is an adorable, purebred Boston Terrier who can’t wait to meet his new family!
HERE’S WHAT HIS FOSTER HAS TO SAY!
Carson is a good boy who loves his walks, is curious and sniffs everything! He can have a surprisingly fast pace on a walk and take me for a walk or he can be slow.
He can go up and down my stairs when he wants to but I usually carry him.
He doesn’t pay attention to dogs in the dog park. They can sniff him and he doesn’t care. Only once a dog caught him by surprise at the same time a human tried to pet him and he was startled.
He needs someone that has experience with dogs, will be patient with him as he adjusts to a new home and careful with him when it comes to handling. He’s fine being picked up, he just has to be approached gently.
I let him on the couch, a ramp or stairs would be a good thing for him. I’ve layered cushions for him to get up or down. If I’m having a lazy Netflix session he’ll curl up by my legs and snooze.
He likes car rides, though the first couple of rides he sat and faced the backseat. Now, he’ll smile and wants to smell what’s out there!
He loves playing w balls and pouncing on them. He almost went berserk with excitement when I gave him a Kong with treats in it!
When he needs to pee he’ll quietly come up and just look at you and if I hear him pacing I know he needs to go out.
Anyone that has stairs in the home needs to put up a baby gate, he doesn’t see that well and stairs could be dangerous for him.
