Some Notes from Carrot Cake’s Foster Parents:
This has got to be the most adoptable dog I’ve ever met. Carrot Cake, or CC as we’re calling her, is the sweetest, most loving, curious, happy dog. She absolutely loves going for walks almost as much as she loves it when you come home. She jumps around and does this quick 180 spin with her tail a-waggin’ and her face a-smilin. She’s peppy and ready to walk or run with you all day, or has no problem snuggling up with you and napping. She’s a cuddler and likes to be next to you or under the covers completely.
CC likes snacks, soft pets on her head, belly rubs, walks, park time, going for car rides, other people and little dogs. Big dogs make her a tiny bit nervous but her tail is wagging the entire time. She is house trained, good with people and pets. She joined the pack in a few short minutes.
Fun facts: CC does handstands while she pees. Both back legs are up. She’s an athlete! Bounds up the stairs, jumps on beds. She’s got some zest.
Today was the first day we left her at home for an extended period and she was fine. She has bonded to us quickly and is ok with kids
