Any discussion of Caramel the very small Maltese mix is likely to begin with his coiffure. A little Polish chicken, a little Cotton-Top Tamarin, his fluffy fur helmet with fringed ears looks like something your grandma might have crocheted from fuzzy chenille for your first day of kindergarten. And if you’re Caramel, you wear it with a lot of pride. Small as he is, our fashion-forward fella is busy on the ground and a sweetie in the arms. A dog-friendly explorer, he is very portable but also has plenty of perk for walkies and the stairs.
