Here are some notes from her foster:
You’re going to want to have your dentist on speed dial when meeting Caramel- she is SO SWEET you may get an instant toothache! Caramel loves love, and her favorite thing is to be with her person snuggling up and giving kisses. She would love to loyally snuggle up to you at all times! She is quiet as a mouse, extremely calm, and so sweet with humans and dogs. We don’t have cats, but honestly this girl doesn’t have a mean bone in her body so I think she would do fine. Since she is visually impaired, she may want to be carried in new environments, but within the first 2 days we had had her she was been a pro in getting to know our apt, figuring out where her water bowl is, and has been slowly getting familiar and comfortable with our apt hallways and lobby. If she gets a little turned around, she is good about following the scent of your hand as a guide to get her back on track. She also has made her foster brother a professional tour guide, following him around to better learn her surroundings. She likes walks, taking is slow and sniffing around. She prefers to remain close to you, and takes comfort in knowing your close by sniffing between a new environment and you. She is friendly to everyone we meet on walks, and they are all so smitten with her beauty! As if this sweet angel couldn’t get anymore perfect, she is also potty trained! There are not enough great words for this perfect girl, she is going to make her future family extremely happy!
