Captain Underpants comes to us from Solano county, part of a group of dogs that needed to be evacuated due to the Atlas fire disaster. This beautiful boy has such unique features, with a black and brown coat and cute fluffy ears to match! He has been very friendly with the other pups here in the Muttville lofts and enjoys meeting new people. Captain Underpants would love to be a part of your family, so come meet him today!
