Cappi is a gentle and refined lady who likes her walks short and her naps long. We can relate! And if those naps are on comfy beds with lots of blankets in a sunny spot, all the better. Cappi may be a super senior but she still has lots of love to give and naps to take.
Here’s a note from her foster!
Cappi is a sweet old girl who just wants a warm bed to relax in. She’ll circle a few times to make herself comfortable, and then then settle in for multiple marathon naps a day. You’ll rarely hear a peep out of her!
She prefers to balance her steady diet of naps with a few short walks around the block throughout the day. Waiting too long for a walk might lead to an accident – it can be hard to hold things in for too long at this age! A home with easy access to a yard would be ideal but isn’t necessary. She’ll get up and pace around the room to let you know she’s ready to stretch her legs outside.
Cappi is a bit of a loner, so she might take a while to warm up to you before allowing any petting. She’s a bit hard of hearing and has limited vision, so make sure she knows you’re approaching by letting her sniff your hand. She doesn’t mind other animals as long as they let her do her own thing.
