Candy Corn is just as sweet as his name!
This adorable Chihuahua/Terrier comes to us all the way from Sonoma, and was rescued as part of our fire disaster relief efforts. Despite being brand new, he’s made himself right at home here at Muttville! Candy Corn is a very trusting dog, and loves to make new friends with people and dogs alike. He is outgoing but not too high energy, and doesn’t seem to mind spending time alone. He’d love to join your family and has so much love to give!
Candy Corn is 11 years young and weighs 8 pounds.

Candy Corn is sweet like his name! He is a true snuggle bug, he loves to cuddle & be held. He is so loving & always excited to see you. He has a very mellow temperament & doesn’t bark at dogs or people! He’s always ready to cuddle, go for a walk, or eat a treat. Candy Corn loves food! There isn’t anything this little guy will say no to. He likes treats, meats, peanut butter & all kinds of dog food. He gets really excited when he first sees you & will jump & twirl to greet you. He knows how to make himself comfortable & will snuggle right up to you & fall asleep.
Candy Corn listens well & comes when called. He’s a very good boy, calm & patient. He prefers short walks. He loves to run up & down stairs though. He does well with dogs of all sizes. He’s a real people person & does well with children. He is very comfortable in our home & in new places. Candy Corn really knows how to make you feel special. He is ready to climb up your leg into your arms when he sees you. His favorite place to nap is right next you, he will find his way under a blanket to snuggle right up to you too. He is very easy to care for & would make the perfect companion for anyone that loves a good snuggle.
