Oh man, I love this little girl so much. If you can believe it Budgie was found as a stray, cloudy eyed little girl in Oakland. Slowly but surely this amazing little girl has come out of her shell and shown us that she is nothing but sweetness. Budgie loves being close to her humans and cuddling up.
