Briggs is just a happy fella!
Briggs surely went through a rough patch wandering the streets but this hasn’t stopped him to dazzle people with his happy-to go attitude. Briggs favorite hobby is wagging his tail and when he’s not making new friends, he can be found snoozing under a blanket. This happy little guy loves taking naps but he’s also up for an adventure or two. He can’t wait to bask in the sun during a morning walk or watch the sunset in a breezy afternoon. Briggs will fill your life with lots of love, and he’ll only ask for lots of belly rubs and head scratches in return. Come and give this guy the unconditional love he deserves!
Briggs is estimated to be 9 years young and weighs about 12 pounds.

Very sweet, smart, silly, playful. Briggs has a lot of personality. He’s playful, but also laid back and doesn’t need a lot of walking. Briggy loves freshly baked chicken, especially the skin. Good with small dogs, but working on his relationships with big dogs. He likes to nap in sunbeams or in a warm lap, and likes to raise his voice to his mortal enemy, the vacuum cleaner. Everything is cute about Briggy and he knows several tricks!

When Briggs first came to Muttville he wasn’t in the best of shape, and we could tell he hadn’t been properly cared for in quite some time. However, Briggs didn’t even care what shape he was in! He was so happy to be surrounded by people that would pay attention to him, and care for him. He just adores people! He has come such a long way after lots of love and care, and is looking so much better. Throughout it all he has maintained his constant state of happiness. As soon as he sees you coming his way, his little tail starts wagging like crazy. He will cuddle right into you and will stare at you lovingly. Briggs is such a good boy. He will be a loyal pup and total love bucket to his person.
