Bowie is an 11-year-old neutered male Husky with a calm, quiet, and incredibly affectionate personality. He absolutely loves people and is happiest simply being near them.
Bowie is good with dogs and children, is house trained, and is leash trained. He has a sweet, easygoing nature and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal and loving friend.
At 11, Bowie doesn’t need a busy lifestyle—he would be perfectly happy taking leisurely short walks, relaxing at home, and having his people nearby.
Bowie does have a tumor on his face that occasionally bleeds. While this will require veterinary attention and ongoing care, Bowie is currently comfortable and does not appear to be suffering.
Despite his condition, Bowie remains a gentle, loving boy. We hope someone will look beyond his appearance and see the wonderful dog he truly is.
He weighs approximately 100 lbs. Medical records are available.
