SENIOR DOG SEEKING LOVING HOME
This is Bogey. He is a 12 years young, 6 pound mini poodle/maltese mix. He is incredibly soft and sweet, loves to cuddle, and is looking for his forever person(s).
I have been fostering him since December 2025; his devoted 87 year old owner was moving to a nursing home and sadly passed away in February.
Bogey would do best in a home with someone around all/most of the day who can give him plenty of attention, who is willing to let him sleep on their bed, and who has experience with senior dogs. He would also benefit being the only dog in the home as he is very needy. He is hard of hearing but otherwise healthy and loves to
play fetch.
Although I would love to keep him myself, I don’t have the resources, support or permission to keep him long term. I already have a dog, and it has been very hard on her since he arrived. She is my priority.
