Blue Valley is a stunning black and white Havanese with gorgeous, light-colored eyes. He may have an unconventional haircut, but we’ve all been there and tried something that doesn’t work – the good news is that hair grows back and this mutt will be sporting a thicker coat in no time. A bit of a party animal, Blue Valley is a big success with the ladies and sometimes enthusiastically introduces himself, which can be a lot for some, but he thinks he’s just enough.
