Are you hungry for everlasting love? Then you need to meet buttery little Biscuit, a sweet-natured, nibble-worthy chonk of scrumptiousness. (Please don’t actually eat her.) Biscuit’s a little shy right now because transitions are weird – remember your first day at a new school? But she can’t wait to come out of that shell once she feels safe and secure in your loving arms.

Here’s some notes from her foster:

Sweet Biscuit is as buttery as they come. A very gentle pup, she is shy and reserved, but she is slowly coming out of her cookie shell as she adjusts to new places and people.

Biscuit continues to learn the ropes and is getting used to lots of new things, like walking in the city (and all the new noises!) and navigating stairs (up and down!). A young 7 years old, she has great pep in her step when out on walks. She is housetrained and seems to enjoy grassy patches to do her ‘business’, so I think she would do well in a home that has access to a yard and/or nearby park.

Biscuit likes to be close to the action – following me around the house, chilling on her bed in my office, or playing couch potato. She sleeps well in her bed at night and she is very quiet. She can bark, but rarely does. She is also a bit reserved around other dogs, but I suspect she may warm up with some good intros to other mild-mannered pups. She also appreciates the regal treatment, preferring to eat her meals from a spoon or on a flat surface (her little queenly quirk).

With a little time and patience, I believe Biscuit will continue to blossom into the sugary, cinnamon shortbread companion she’s meant to be and make her new guardian(s) very happy.
