Billy is an adorable Pomeranian who was found roaming the streets of San Francisco. Thankfully, he was picked up before anything bad happened to him and is now safe and sound at Muttville. Billy is your typical, mellow senior boy who loves his cozy bed, a warm lap, and snacks. He is currently living with a loving foster who is helping him come out of his shell. Billy can’t wait to find his forever home!
