Bilbo is a really special guy. He absolutely loves to cuddle, and would be happy to be someone’s professional lap-warmer. He also loves to be outside, and could be a good hiking or walking partner (as long as you are willing to let him stop and sniff along the way). He is happy to relax outdoors as well, and loves to spend hours napping in the sun. He is very smart, knows basic commands like “sit” and “down”, and is able to come when called. He does not seem to be interested in playing with other dogs- one sniff is enough for him. He is also shy in new places and with new people. He needs to come to you on his own terms. But once he trusts you, he is a little furry ball of love! Bilbo would be the perfect companion for someone who is retired or who works from home as he is better when he’s around people and not left alone for extended periods of time. He is the perfect companion!
