Bella is a gentle 10-year-old Chocolate Lab/Rottweiler mix.
Bella’s owner is in Israel and cannot return to the United States because of his immigration situation. His brother is her only local caregiver, but he must leave San Diego on August 27, 2026. After that date, Bella will have no safe person or place to stay. We are trying desperately to prevent her from becoming homeless or being left without care.
Bella is approximately 90 pounds, healthy, vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and fully house-trained. She is affectionate, wonderful with children, gets along well with dogs, and has no history of biting or aggression. Medical records and photos are available.
We urgently need one of the following:
- temporary emergency foster or boarding until a permanent home is found;
- permanent adoption or rescue intake;
- a courtesy listing or immediate share with trusted fosters and adopters;
- a concrete referral to an organization that can accept her before August 27.

We will not abandon Bella, but we are out of local caregivers and time. Even if you cannot accept her directly, please share this request or connect us with someone who can keep her safe.
