Bawk Bawk is such an adventurer! He’s curious-eager to poke around my apartment, prop himself up to look out the window, and smell all the good smells outside. But he’s also happy to curl up on a soft blanket (or a Trader Joe’s bag, for some reason). He develops loyalty and affection quickly, and clearly is looking for someone to love. I have some soft stairs leading up to my bed for my own tiny pup, and Bawk Bawk slept the whole night on one of those steps, rather than in the dog bed, so he could be near us. Maybe he’ll graduate to my bed itself tonight! Bawk Bawk has also been good with my pup, who is smaller and nervous: He is interested but leaves her alone when she establishes boundaries. He likes to say hi to dogs he meets during a walk.
