Here’s some notes from his foster:
BANKSY!! He came to Muttville very matted but he was such a good boy and got a big grooming so he currently has minimal hair now, but we’re sure he will grow some fluffiness soon! In terms of personality, BANKSY is a little ball of energy, he loves attention and loves to play! He would do well in a family that has another pet to have a buddy to spend time with. He loves to run around, had a lot of stamina and can go go go go.
He loves to go for walks and meet new people and smell new things. Banksy does well with all people including kids and all dogs! (He has not been tested with cats) he has a very good appetite and is very food motivated (currently learning to sit on command) he is great in the car. He’s able to go up and down stairs and is very mobile! He is also potty trained as long as you maintain within his routine which includes a walky first thing in the morning!
He also loves to play with toys and chase! He needs a little more training in reading dog social cues, he tends to get excited and want to play but not all dogs want the attention all the time. He is really very sweet and adorable and full of life energy and joy! He has showed no aggression towards anybody. He is great at eating dinner, loves snacks and treats. Once he settles down he is also very good at cuddling and likes to sleep in the human bed with me.
His favorite thing is getting little massages, pets and scritches. He’s so full of life it will perk you right up anytime you are feeling down!
