Beautiful Bangles hopes that you’ll walk like an Egyptian…to Muttville to meet some adorable senior mutts! This sweet senior chihuahua has a snout dusted with frosting and tawny fur that looks more akin to a fox, so we know that she’s clever and has the wisdom that comes with age. Bangles’ vision is slightly limited, but that doesn’t stop her lap radar – she might not see with complete clarity but she has a preternatural sense of where there is a lonely lap in need of some snuggles (immediate mood boost!). Bangles is a simple girl – sunbeams, snuggles, and some tasty treats will make this girl happier than ever. With this marvelous mutt, it’s always another magic, not manic, Monday!
Here’s some notes from his foster:
Bangles is a sweetheart with a lot of love. She was nervous the first couple of nights in our home and whined for a bit in a new environment. She is vision-impaired and takes a few days to get settled in and learn her bearings. She eats well, loves treats, and snoozes most of the day away. She sniffs and wags her tail to humans that greet her, even giving kisses sometimes.
She does not bark or react to other dogs or humans on walks. She does not mind the vacuum or loud construction noises. She does not beg for our food when we eat. She is a low-activity and well-behaved dog who does not require much exercise or toys. She is curious on walks and loves to sniff around! We think bangles would be great in a loving home with a comfy bed and blanket where she can relax every day.
