If you love low-rider dogs then Bandit is the perfect match for you!

This adorable stocky Doxie found himself in the Solano County shelter after his owners lost their home. When we heard his story, we knew we wanted to help! Despite being brand new, Bandit has made himself right at home here at Muttville. He loves to trot around with his little tail wagging, and get’s super excited when it’s time for a walk. He is perfectly behaved with other dogs and is even good with cats! What a wonderful addition he’d make to any home!

Bandit is 13 years young and weighs 17 pounds.

Here’s what Bandit’s foster has to say about this guy:

Bandit is a peppy little guy! He is sweet & likes to be near his human. He has bursts of energy but then he mellows out & takes a nap. His activity level is moderate. He can keep a good pace on a walk but doesn’t need to go for miles. His house-training is good – he didn’t have any accidents while I was at work for about 4 hours. Bandit has the cutest little trot. When he’s excited, he can get up to a surprising speed! He likes to have blankets or towels to curl up in & play with. He loves to eat and can’t understand why I don’t share my food with him!
