Meet Abuelo! This tiny, 20 year old Chihuahua has a big story to tell and an even bigger personality!
Abuelo spent most of his life living in a car with two homeless people. Needless to say, this little guy hasn’t had the best life…but all that changed once he came to Muttville! Abuelo is loving all the new attention and love he’s getting. He’s also finally getting the medical care he deserves! Abuelo is very outgoing despite all he’s been through. He’s a spry senior and will jump up on beds, play, and even flirt with female dogs! Abuelo is very social and sweet. He loves to be held but is also fairly independent. He loves sitting on his bed and looking out the window, and really enjoys going out for walks! Abuelo may be 20 years old, but he’s more than ready for his new beginning!
Abuelo is estimated to be 20 years young and weighs just 4.5lbs.
Due to his advanced age and heart disease, Abuelo is available for adoption through Muttville’s hospice care program.
