Crosby is a total goofball!

Crosby is such a cutie with his little flippy ears, and cute little pug like face. Crosby has a ton of energy for a senior and when he walks, he has one speed – that’s fast! He loves to explore and go for walks, but he does also have a soft side and loves to snuggle up with his people. He will gladly sit with you while you watch movies or update your socials. He is a goofy, silly guy, and will have you entertained and laughing at all times. Crosby would do great in any home. We just love this little dude!

Crosby is estimated to be 10 years young and weighs 10 lbs.

HERE’S WHAT HIS FOSTER HAS TO SAY!

Crosby is a very sweet old man who doesn’t quite know he’s old! He loves to nap, go on walks and eat chicken. He takes treats very nicely and doesn’t have an aggressive bone in his body. He loves going on walks and gets so excited when I put on his leash. He walks well on the leash and has learned to stay to the left side on our walks. He has also learned that he needs to let me through the door first, he was a little over eager at first. We do three walks a day for about 20 minutes each. He has good energy for all his walks and could surely walk more if time permitted.

He greets other dogs nicely when we are on our walks. He did strongly react to a puppy that visited us last weekend, but he eventually calmed down and they were able to play well together. So proper introductions perhaps in a neutral area are important with him.

He is very quiet and has only barked at my neighbor’s dog when she barks first. He is house trained and hasn’t had an accident yet! It took a few tries to find the right food for him, but now I know he loves chicken and rice. He gets his meds wrapped in chicken and he gobbles them up!

He was quite shy and a little sad when he first arrived but has come out of his shell nicely. He’s more confident and has attached easily. His back legs are wonky so he can be a bit wobbly at times. But he does really well on his walks, so I think his meds are helping with that. All in all, Crosby is a sweet pup!
