Did you hear? Bailey and his magnificent ears have arrived at Muttville!
Bailey isn’t just an adorable face and those noteworthy ears. He’s a friendly fellow who’s always ready for some lapsitting. Just make your lap available and he’ll hop right up and get to snuggling. Bailey can’t wait to join you for jaunts around your neighborhood when you’re not cuddling with him.

Bailey is an adorable and friendly guy who only wants to sit at your feet or be in your lap or sleep on your bed!
He knows "sit and "stay before having his meal bowl and he even is taking treats gently!
Luckily, Bailey loves walks and also going in the car to the park! And bonus: the July 4th fireworks didn’t faze him at all!
He has the ears of a bunny and the nozzle of a Dachshund. He is sweet and quiet. Eventually he whines asking for attention but not insistently. His activity level is moderate, he isn’t very active and will do well with two walks a day (and another 2 potty breaks). He is shy and like most Chihuahuas shivers easily. As it gets a bit cold where we live, most of the time he has a sweater on. He likes to chill in warm cozy places. He is sensitive so he would do better in a calm relaxed environment.
He is friendly with other dogs but he is timid and won’t interact much. He prefers being snuggled and being on my lap. He is house trained and with the exception of very few accidents he never pees or poops out of place. All in all, he is low energy and reasonably low maintenance. He may take some time to open up but it’s so worth it. He is such a good boy!
