Dog Patch SF, founded by a longtime Muttville volunteer and foster, collects donated mountain climbing ropes, washes them in dog friendly soap, and makes them into durable leashes. Every climber who recycles their rope includes some personal info, like how long they have been climbing and where they've used the rope. The climber chooses their favorite animal rescue, and Dog Patch SF donates 10%. How cool is that?!
